ABOUT THE ARTIST

Art that begins
with emotion.

Every artwork is created as a quiet conversation between memory, feeling, texture, and space.

Through layered forms, delicate details, and expressive compositions, her work invites the viewer to pause, feel, and connect with something deeply personal.

HER STORY

A journey shaped by colour, silence, and feeling.

I did not begin my journey as an artist in the traditional sense. For most of my life, I was a homemaker—dedicated to my family, raising my children, and quietly supporting my husband in his career. My world revolved around responsibility, love, and care, like many women who give their all without asking for recognition.

Art came to me much later.

At the age of 55, I picked up painting—not with the intention of building a career, but simply to find peace. It started as a small escape, a personal space where I could breathe, reflect, and feel calm. What began as a hobby slowly grew into something more meaningful… and eventually, something commercial. But at its heart, it has never changed—it is still my source of peace.

For the past 10 years, I have been living with Parkinson’s Disease. My hands are not steady. There are days when even the simplest movements feel uncertain. And yet, somehow, I have created every piece of my art with these same shaky hands.

That is why my work carries the name “Stable Strokes.”

Because stability is not always in the hand—it is in the mind, in the will, and in the courage to continue.

I don’t paint to prove that I am a professional artist. I paint to keep myself going. I paint to calm my mind. I paint because it gives me a sense of purpose and quiet strength.

There are many who struggle with challenges like mine, and often, people lose hope. But I chose not to stop. If my journey can inspire even a few people—to keep trying, to not give up, to find their own form of peace—then I feel I have already achieved something meaningful.

Art, for me, is not just creation.

It is healing. It is resilience. It is life.

Emotion Before Form

Every piece begins with a feeling — a memory, a silence, a moment, or a connection that asks to be expressed visually.

Texture as Language

Layered surfaces, delicate details, and expressive marks give each artwork its own sense of depth and presence.

THE STUDIO PROCESS

Created slowly, with intention.

Her process is guided by instinct and refinement. Each work moves through layers — from the first visual idea to colour studies, texture building, detailing, and final finishing.

The result is artwork that feels personal, considered, and made to hold presence within a space.
